Daniel Franklin’s practice focuses on assisting companies acquire, develop and divest real estate across Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. Daniel specializes in representing buyers and sellers through the acquisition, divestiture, and development process of single and multi-family projects and participates in various commercial transactions involving owner-occupied small businesses, telecom, commercial rooftop solar installations, utility infrastructure transactions, and other varied real estate work. Mr. Franklin also assists clients with various title issues, including the preparation of title opinions covering fee, state, and federal lands.
Daniel earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the Oil & Gas, Nat. Resources & Energy Journal. He graduated with an M.Ed. and B.S. from the University of Oklahoma. While an undergrad, Mr. Franklin played football for the University of Oklahoma and was a four-year letter winner and Academic All-Big 12.
