About Kevin Lepine

My journey into residential real estate began with a lifelong fascination rooted in childhood exposure to the industry through my father's career in New Jersey.

 

The transition into residential real estate was influenced by familial and professional connections. With encouragement from my sister, who found success in Parker, Colorado, and the support of my daughter-in-law Brooke Lepine and her sister Chelsey Franklin's team, facilitated my move into this new chapter. Beginning at PorchLight Real Estate Group and later transitioning to LIV Sotheby’s International Realty provided an ideal platform to align my skills in attention to detail, resourcefulness, and relationship-building with a luxury brand recognized for client service excellence.
